Notice Details NEGOTIATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NRFP)
307-25 CCTV, Intrusion Alarm, Access Control
& Monitoring Services
ANBL & CNB are inviting eligible proponents to submit proposals to provide all labour, materials, equipment, services and incidentals to install, repair, support, monitor and maintain a CCTV, intrusion alarm, and access control solution, and removal of existing hardware, for the corporate locations throughout New Brunswick, including retail, offices and warehousing.
Proposals must be submitted through:

and shall be received up to 1:30 pm on March 17th, 2025.
There is a mandatory site visit On February 24th at 8:30 am, to enable all proponents an opportunity to view the sample format sites and setups specific to each company. Only proponents who have attended the site visit will be evaluated in the process.
There is a question period that ends on March 3rd, 2025 at 4:30 pm and there will be an addendum issued by March 6th, 2025 with a list of all questions received and the responses provided. All questions must be submitted through the Opportunity Q&A within Bonfire, prior to the Deadline for Questions. No such communications are to be sent or initiated through any other means.
