Freeze Proof Steam Coil procurement for Minneapolis VA Health Care System. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26325Q0301 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).
This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the Vendor Information Page (VIP) at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Additionally, prospective offers must be registered in the https://dsbs.sba.gov database.

The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide supplies to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417.
The period of performance is 3-10-2025 to 6-10-2025 for the base year period of performance.
