- Submissions marked "COR7028-1 - Backup Supply of Hot Mix Asphalt" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on March 4, 2025.
The City is looking to procure the services from more than one vendor to provide the supply of hot mix asphalt (per City specifications) on an "as needed" basis for the upcoming construction season (April - November) of 2025. .
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
