1. The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through GAA, intends to apply the sum of Php 115,799,642.79 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CID No. 25OD0103 - Construction of Flood Control Wall along Sapang Alat Creek, Sta. 4+721 - Sta. 5+096, Caloocan City Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
