CONCRETING OF 162M PATHWAY WITH SLOPE PROTECTION AT E. ESPINOSA STREET BRGY. GREENFIELD, ARAKAN, COTABATO
1. The Local Government of Arakan, through the 20% DF /2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Php 3,250,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING OF 162M PATHWAY WITH SLOPE PROTECTION AT E. ESPINOSA STREET BRGY. GREENFIELD, ARAKAN, COTABATO/2025-I-5. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Forty Calendar days 140 Calendar Days Upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
