Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Boundary wall related works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT. 2,00,00,000/- (Two Crore) only under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 2,00,00,000/- (Two Crore) only over the last 5 (five) years.04. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT. 95,00,000/- (Ninety Five Lakh) only.05. Valid Trade Licenses as a civil construction contractor and Up to date ABC License.06. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.07. Up to date Special class enlisted contractors certificate from PWD or any other organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.08. There should be adequate (as specified in TDS) construction machinery/equipment, centering-shuttering and manpower including engineer capacity to execute the work on time.09.
