Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Municipal Hall Perimeter Fence at Municipal Compound, Barangay IV, San Mateo, Isabela (B2025-001-INFRA)
1.The Local Government Unit of San Mateo, Isabela (LGU-SMI), through the Annual Budget 2025, approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Four Hundred Nineteen Pesos and 38/100 (Php 1,373,419.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Municipal Hall Perimeter Fence at Municipal Compound, Barangay IV, San Mateo, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU-SMI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within sixty-one days (61) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
