Part 1 - Delivery of diesel for MZGOK Sp. z o.o. in Konin.
The subject of the order is the successive supply of oildiesel for diesel oil MZGOK Sp. z o.o. in Konin, which meets the qualitative requirements according to the PN standard-EN 590: 2022-08, CN 2710 19 42 and 2710 20 11 in spec.liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended). Tank capacity 20,000 l, legalization valid until 09.08.2035 The expected demand for diesel - 200,000 l. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in relation to part and order was specified in part. V swz. Contractor's obligationsWith the implementation of the subject of the contract, the contract is included in the draft contract, which is Annex 5 to SWZ.
