- The Waste Association Rhein-Mosel-Eifel (hereinafter shortly: AZV) operates the central landfill in Eiter heads near the local municipalities of Ochtung, Plaidt and Saffig. Unpublished settlement waste and household waste -like waste have been deposited at the central landfill since 1983 to 2005. As a result of theDisposal ban for untreated settlement waste has been deposited since mid -2005 predominantly mineral and inerts. Since thenCyned up in trucks and then concentrated in the respective systems for further waste treatment. The waste envelope for the residual waste, the blocking drop, bio-waste and the construction and demolition waste from the AZV association is currently found on open envelope plants on theDeponate body in the area of the DA 4.1, 5 and 6.
