- The City of Ottawa-s Fire Services, herein referred to as 'OFS' is seeking proposal submissions for a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to replace their records management system hereby referred to as 'RMS', as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “A” - Terms of Reference.This RFP process is intended to identify a preferred proponent with whom the City may negotiate if it decides, in its sole and absolute discretion, to proceed with the project. The selection of the preferred proponent will be made in accordance with the evaluation process defined in this solicitation.
