- The health insurance companies involved are pursuing the goal of concluding discount agreements for the active ingredient follitropin beta with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V. The contract is concluded as part of the open-house biologicals process of the health insurance companies involved:
Individual negotiationThere are no negotiations about the content of the contract, uniform conditions apply. The cash registers involved do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months starting on May 1st, 2023. The contract ends no later than April 30, 2025, regardlessfrom the date the contract was concluded.
