- The health insurance companies involved are pursuing the goal of concluding discount agreements within the meaning of Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V in conjunction with Section 31 Paragraph 6 SGB V for the formulation substances specified in the lots with all suitable companies. The contract is concluded as part of the Krankenkassen:
Individual negotiations about contract content are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months starting on April 1st, 2023. The contract ends at the lateston 03/31/2025, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract.
