The MUNICIPALITY OF AGUTAYA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible suppliers/contractors to bid for the hereunder DRUGS AND MEDICINE supplies:

1. Non-Communicable Diseases Program 116,650.00
2. Injury Prevention Program 50,000.00
3. Rabies Prevention Program 48,000.00

Prospective eligible bidders must have completed within the last Two (2) years similar contracts which are equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
