- In accordance with Act 125 of May 7, 1942, as amended, and Regulation 8981 of PRPA Bids and Request for Proposals, the Puerto Rico Ports Authority (PRPA) is requesting competitive bids from contractors, for the project referenced above. The project consists in rehabilitating Humacao Regional Airport. The works include repairing two (2) hangars, constructing a new hangar and constructing a new terminal building. Other works include site improvements such as repaving; constructing new parking area, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and planters; site lighting, replacing of light and power poles among other works.Bidders of this project shall submit the Proposal, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents, on or before April 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM. A non-compulsory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM. (Local PR Time - AST). This pre-bid meeting will be held at the Conference Room, PRPA Engineering Building (2nd Floor), at Isla Grande, San Juan.
