CONSTRUCTION OF CARGO MONITORING BRANCH SATELLITE OFFICES LOCATED AT BOTON, COASTAL, NCT AND LEYTE
1. The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM FY 2025 and approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php14,400,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CARGO MONITORING BRANCH SATELLITE OFFICES LOCATED AT BOTON, COASTAL, NCT AND LEYTE / SBMA-BAC-INFRA-IB-03-25 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
