The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4,400 usable square feet of commercial retail / storefront space located within a one-quarter mile radius of 253 Livingston Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201. The space must have a secondary egress. Lessor must execute the Government-s form of lease.
Responses should contain a proposed rental amount (to include water/sewer, CAM, real estate taxes, and insurance).
